Return + Exchange Policy
DAMAGE CLAIMS - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit your issue immediately to gocozyhelp@gmail.com.
Wrong Address - If you (customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If you think you provided a wrong address please contact us through gocozyhelp@gmail.com as soon as possible and if time permits Go Cozy will update the shipping address before the order is sent out. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your billing and shipping address at checkout.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable). After 30 days, the unclaimed shipments are donated to charity.
size Exchanges + more - Size and all other exchanges are to be offered at Go Cozy’s discretion. If you think you need to make an exchange please email us at gocozyhelp@gmail.com where we can further discuss and accommodate you.
2nd hand goods are one of a kind and cannot be exchanged or returned. for damage claims email us shopgocozy@gmail.com and will be happy to accommodate you based on individual situations!
If a size or other exchange is granted a new order will be replaced by Go Cozy at our expense, with the updated size (product if applicable) to the shipping address provided. Before the new order can be made the product needing to be exchanged must be shipped back to our facility at the expense of the customer. To ensure you are ordering the right size, see our size chart for the appropriate product. Please double check your order details, including sizing at checkout.
buyer’s Remorse Exchanges - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. NO EXCEPTIONS.
